牛油芝士蛋糕 Butter Cheesecake with Lemon Icing




Ingredients :
200g      Butter
250g      Cream Cheese
180g      Castor Sugar
5            Eggs
1 tsp      grated lemon zest
250g      Flour
11/2 tsp Baking Powder



Lemon Icing (Mixed) :
1 tsp   Lemon Juice
3 tbsp Icing Sugar

Method :
1. Beat butter, cream cheese & castor sugar at high speed until smooth.
2. Add eggs one at a time and mix well.
3. Add in grated lemon zest.
4. Slowly mix in flour.
5. Pour batter into cup liner and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 20 min or ill cooked.
6. Decorate with lemon icing when it is completely cooled.


冬粉豆腐松 Fried Tofu n Glass Noodles with Egg


Ingredients :
3 tbsp oil
1 tsp chopped garlic
2 eggs (lightly beaten )
1 block soft tofu (lightly mashed)
2 tbsp small dried scallops (soaked & shredded)
50g glass noodles (soaked until soft)

Seasoning :
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
Dash of sesame oil & pepper

1/2 carrot (peeled & shredded)
1 stalk spring onion (shredded)

Method :
1. Heat up oil and saute chopped garlic until fragrant.
2. Add in mashed tofu, dried scallops, glass noodles, seasoning & stir-fry until well mixed.
3. Lastly, add in shredded carrot, spring onion n stir well. Dish up n serve.
