腐竹薏米糖水 Barley Drink




材料:
薏米适量 (煮糖水的)
腐竹一片
白果适量 (去壳,去衣)
冰糖适量

做法:
1。 把薏米和腐竹洗干净,加入白果和适量的水,大火煮后转中火煮45分钟或至所需分量。
2。 加入冰糖, 试味。
3。 熄火即可。


温馨提示 :  腐竹一定要买煮糖水的,它才会溶在水中, 否则腐竹将会一片一片的浮在水里。

香蕉核桃蛋糕 Banana Walnut Cake



Ingredients :
125g Butter
75g   Marjerin
150g Brown Sugar
3 Eggs (Brade B)
3 Bananas (I used Pisang Raja)
1 tbsp Milk
1/4 tsp Sodium Bicarbonate
200g Flour (I used Super Fine Flour)
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
30g Walnut (toasted, dust with some flour)

Method :
1. Beat butter, marjerin and brown sugar on high speed till light. 
2. Add in egg one by one and mix well.
3. Pureed banana together with milk and sodium bicarbonate.
4. Pour banana puree into batter gradually and mix well.
5. Fold in sieved flour and add in toasted walnut.
6. Pour batter into a 5.5" x 9.5" greased loaf tin.
7. Bake in preheated oven at 180̊C for 50 min.


Note : Hubby requested to increase walnut.

黄姜小鸡腿 Tumeric Chicken Drumettes



材料:
小鸡腿

玉米粉

腌料:
适量黄姜粉
适量盐
适量胡椒粉
适量糖
适量酱油

做法:
1。 小鸡腿放入腌料,腌至少半小时。
2。 锅内烧热油,小鸡腿洒上少许玉米粉,以小火煎至金黄色即可。

马蹄鸡蛋糖水 Water Chestnut & Egg Dessert



材料:
6 粒马蹄 (去皮,切小粒)
2粒鸡蛋 (打散)
2 1/2碗水
适量冰糖
1小匙玉米粉 + 2 大匙水 (用马蹄粉会更香)

做法:
1。先把水,冰糖和马蹄煮滚, 在加入玉米粉液,待滚。
2。最后倒入蛋液,熄火即可。
3。此甜品可作热饮或冷饮。

榴莲戚风蛋糕 Durian Chiffon Cake



Ingredients A :
6 eEgg yolks
150ml Trim Coconut Milk (Ayam Brand)
4 tbsp Corn Oil
1/4 tsp Salt
150g Durian Puree
50g Castor Sugar
140g Plain Flour

Ingredients B :
6 Egg Whites
1/4 tsp Cream of tartar
100g Castor Sugar


Method :
1. Combine all ingredients A (except flour) and fold in flour until batter form.
2. Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form. Add in sugar (from ingredients B) and beat at high speed until stiff peaks form.
3. Gently fold (2) into (1) until blended.
4. Pour batter into 9" tube pan. Bake in preheated oven at 170  ̊C for 45 min or until cooked.
5. Remove cake form oven and invert it until cooled.

浙醋肉条 Shredded pork in black vinegar



Ingredients :
Lean pork (pounded n cut into shreds)
Oil

Marinade :
Salt

Batter (Mixed) :
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 egg
2 tbsp Flour
1 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp oil

Sauce (Mixed):
2 tbsp soya sauce
3 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp black vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
100 ml water

Method :
1. Marinade pork shreds for 30 min.
2. Heat up oil, dip porl shreds with batter and deep-fry it until golden brown or cooked. Drain.
3. Leave 1 tbsp oil in wok, add in sauce and bring to boil.
4. Add in fried pork and stir-fry it uniwl well mixed. Dish up and serve.
