豆沙卷 Tausar Roll


份量 : 约 10 个 (每个约 40g)

材料 :
250g 中筋面粉 (过筛)
1/2tbsp 双倍发粉
50g 幼糖
1/2tsp 海盐
1/4tbsp 酵母
25g 食油
120ml 水

馅料 :
市售豆沙

做法 :
1。将所有材料搅拌成光滑,不粘手的面团.
2。取出,分割成每个约 40g 的小面团,搓圆后,再扞长成椭圆形。
3。抹上一层豆沙,卷起,捏紧收口的两端。
4。置旁发酵30分钟。
5。放入预热蒸锅,以中火蒸8分钟,熄火。
6。让豆沙卷待在锅里2分钟后,再打开蒸炉盖,即可。

Ingredients :
250g Pau Flour (Sieve)
1/2tbsp Double Action Baking Powder
50g Sugar
1/2tsp Sea Salt
1/4tbsp Instant Yeast
25g Cooking Oil
120ml Water

Fillings :
Store-bought Tausar

Method :
1. Knead all ingredients into a smooth dough.
2. Divide the dough into smaller size, about 40g each. Roll it round and flatten it into oval shape using a rolling pin.
3. Spread a thin layer of tausar on it and roll it up like a swiss roll.
4. Set aside for 30 min.
5. Steam it over medium heat in a preheated steamer for 8min.
6. Leave the steamed pau for another 2 min before leaving them from steamer.
