蔓越莓饼干 Cranberry Cookies



材料 :
250g 牛油
140g 糖霜 (过筛)
2粒 蛋
200g 蔓越莓干 *
400g 面粉 (过筛)
50g 玉米粉
2tbsp 牛奶粉
1tsp 发粉
1/2tsp 幼盐
1tsp 香草精

做法 :
1。将牛油和糖霜打发。
2。加入鸡蛋和香精搅拌均匀。
3。把所有粉类和盐加入,拌成面团后,再加入蔓越莓干拌匀。
4。将面团搓成条状,用保鲜纸包起,冷藏隔夜。
5。撕掉保鲜纸,把面团切成约1cm,排好在烘盘上。
6。放入预热烤箱以 160°C 烤 20 分钟即可。




Ingredients :
250g Butter
140g Icing sugar (sifted)
2 Eggs
200g Dried cranberry *
400g Plain flour (sifted)
50g Corn flour
2tbsp Milk powder
1tsp Baking powder
1/2tsp Fine salt
1tsp Vanilla essence

Method :
1. Beat butter and sugar till fluffy.
2. Add in eggs and vanilla essence, mix till well combined.
3. Add in all flour type ingredients and salt to form a soft dough. Mix in dried cranberry lastly.
4. Roll the dough into a long cyclinder, wrap it with cling paper and chill overnight.
5. Remove the cling paper and cut the dough into 1cm thick. Arrange it nicely on a baking tray.
6. Bake it in a pleated oven at 160°C for 20 min.




* 这是我第二次烘给亲戚的蔓越莓饼干,
尝试将它做成小方形,
也将蔓越莓的份量稍减成150g,
我个人较喜欢这次的成品。

This is my 2nd round baking this cranberries cookies.
I tried to shape it into little square,
And reduced the cranberries to 150g.
Personally prefer this compared to the 1st batch.


温馨提示 : 可依个人喜爱,将葡萄干代替蔓越莓,或干果类取代部分的蔓越莓。
