Poppy Seed Cheese Cupcakes



Ingredients :
125g softened butter
1/8 tsp salt
120g caster sugar
2 eggs
1 egg yolk
10g fresh milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
125g flour

Fillings (Mix well) :
60g softened cream cheese
10g icing sugar

Decoration :
1/2 tsp poppy seeds

Method :
1. Beat butter, salt & sugar until fluffy and light.
2. Add in eggs and mix well.
3. Mix in vanilla & milk.
4. Add in flour and mix well.
5. Spoon batter into paper cup until 3/4 full and fill in 1/2 tbsp filling.
6. Sprinkle some poppy seeds on top of the cupcake.
7. Bake at 170  ̊C for 25 min.


Note : Make 12 pcs cupcakes.
