巧克力芝士蛋糕 Chocolate Swirl Cheesecake



Ingredients A:
250g Softened butter
160g Castor Sugar
1/8 tsp Salt

Ingredients B:
2 Eggs
1 Egg yolk

Ingredients C (Sifted Together):
120g Flour
20g Cocoa Powder
1/4tsp Double Action Baking Powder

Cheese Batter (Mixed Well):
250g Cream Cheese
80g Castor Sugar
1tsp Lemon juice
1 Egg

Method:
1. Beat ingredients A until creamy.
2. Add in eggs one at a time and mix well.
3. Fold in C slowly.
4. Spoon cocoa batter and cheese batter alternate onto a 8" x 8" square tin and swirl through with a small knife for marble effect.
5. Bake baine marie style in a preheated oven at 180  ̊C for 50 min or until cooked.
