迷你咖啡戚风蛋糕 MIni Coffee Chiffon Cake

Specially for the coffee lovers...




Ingredients (A) :
1tbsp 3in1coffee mix
20ml milk
2 egg yolks
20g castor sugar
20ml cooking oil
40g self raising flour

Ingredients B :
2 egg whites
1/4 cream of tartar
50g castor sugar

Method :
1. Dissolve coffee powder with milk.
2. Combine egg yolks, sugar, oil and coffee. Fold in flour and mix well using a hand mixer.
3. Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form.
4. Add in sugar and beat till stiff peaks form.
5. Gently fold in 1/3 of the egg white foam into egg yolk batter.
6. Repeat step 5 for the rest of the egg white foam.
7. Pour batter into a 16cm chiffon cake mould and bake in a pre-heated oven at 170  ̊C for 30 min or till cook.
8. Remove form oven, invert cake until completely cooled.
