QQ 番薯年糕 Pan Fried Nian Gao & Sweet Potato




材料 :
年糕
400g 橙心番薯
200g 糯米粉
少许 黑芝麻(装饰)

做法 :
1。番薯蒸熟,倒出多余的水分,再趁热压成泥。
2。加入糯米粉,搓成粉团 (如果太干可加入少许热水)。
3。年糕切成方形状,备用。
4。把粉团平均分成24 份,搓圆再用掌心压扁,中间放入一片年糕,然后再盖上另一片压扁的粉团。
5。最后将外围的粉团压密封口。
6。手指沾上少许水,再沾上芝麻,放在番薯年糕上。
7。锅内烧热少许油,把番薯饼的两面煎成金黄色即可。

  2. Aunty, I kept my nian gao in fridge after CNY n I juz take them out from fridge b4 I use. How about urs? And the sweet potato n glutinous powder is about 1:1.

  3. oh the sweet potato n glutinous powder is about 1:1?? I think my sweet potato is a lot more than the 糯米粉
