豆酱焖排骨 Braised Ribs with Fermented Bean Paste
材料 :
排骨
2粒洋薯 (去皮,切小块)
调味料 :
2大匙碎豆酱
适量水
做法 :
1。洗净排骨,放入煲里,再加入洋薯和调味料,煮开后转小火焖半小时或至汁收半干。
