红萝卜蛋糕 Carrot Cake



Ingredients A :
160g   brown sugar
2         eggs
120ml corn oil

Ingredients B :
200g     whole meal flour
11/2tsp baking powder
11/2tsp baking soda
1tsp      mixed spice

Ingredients C :300g carrot (coarsely grated)
100g raisins
1      orange (grated its zest)

Syrup (Mixed) :
1/2    orange (squeeze juice)
1tbsp brown sugar

Method :
1.  Whisk ingredients A until sugar dissolved.
2.  Add in B and C and mix well.
3.  Pour batter into baking tin.
4.  Bake in a pre-heated oven at 170  ̊C for about 45 min or till cooked.
5.  Sprinkle syrup over cake when it is still hot.
