腊味菠菜 Boiled Spinach with Chinese Sausages
材料 :
菠菜 (洗净,切段)
腊肠 (切丁)
洋葱 (切丁)
做法 :
1。锅内烧热水,加入少许油、盐和糖,放入菠菜烫熟。
2。捞起,沥干,上碟备用。
3。锅内放入少许油,爆香洋葱和腊肠,再倒在菠菜上即可。
