白斩鸡 Steamed Chicken


份量 :4 - 5 人份

材料 :
1只 甘榜鸡 (约 1kg)
4棵 葱白
5片 姜

腌料 :
1tbsp 海盐

做法 :
1。将鸡的内部清洗干净,沥干水分后,在里外都抹上腌料,放入冰箱腌渍至少 2 小时。
2。取出鸡只,将葱白和姜片塞入内部。
3。锅里烧开一大锅水,放入蒸架,以中火隔水蒸 30 分钟,熄火后,再多焖 15分钟。
4。小心取出鸡肉,倒出鸡汁,将鸡肉切件即可上桌。



Ingredients :
1whole kampung chicken (about 1kg)
4 stalks spring onion (white parts) 
5 slices Ginger

Seasoning :
1tbsp Salt 

Method :
1. Wash and clean the whole chicken. Drain well. 
2. Rub salt over the whole chicken and marinate for at least 2 hours. 
3. Insert ginger and spring onion into the cavity of the chicken and place the chicken onto a deep bowl. 
4. Place it in a preheated steamer and steam for 30min on medium heat. 
5. Off the heat and let the chicken sit inside the steamer for another 15min.
6. Cut and serve.
