咸香芝士松饼 Cheddar Cheese Muffin





Ingredients A :
250g plain flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Ingredients B :
60g castor sugar
90g cheddar cheese, grated

Ingredients C :
1 egg, lightly beaten
250ml milk
60ml corn oil

Decoration :
50g cheddar cheese, grated

Method :
1. Sift A and stir in B.
2. Beat C until well-mixed. Pour into the flour mixture and mix till just combined. (DO NOT over mix, it should remain lumpy)
3. Spoon batter into paper cup and sprinkle some grated cheddar cheese on top.
4. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200  ̊C for 30 min.


Note : Make 16 pcs muffins.
